- What is the difference between a holiday offer and a room booking?

Our offers give you ideas for your holiday at DreiSonnen. They show specific stays with the services each includes. You can also start your holiday with the choice of room and select your travel dates there.
- Which services are included in my stay?

The spa area and childcare are part of your stay. Which meals are included depends on your booking. You will find all the details under our inclusive services.
- Is the ski pass included in winter?

The ski pass is not included in the stay as standard. With the guest card you get reduced ski pass prices. If a holiday offer includes a ski pass, this is stated explicitly there.
- Is the local tourist tax included in the price?

No, the Serfaus local tourist tax is shown separately on the bill, per person and night.
- Which payment methods do you accept?

Cash, debit cards and the usual credit cards. Drinks and treatments go on the room bill during your stay and are settled together on departure.
- What applies if I cancel?

The deadlines and rates are set out in our T&Cs & cancellation. If anything changes in your plans, please let us know as early as possible.
