214 km of pistes and 68 lifts lie above Serfaus, Fiss and Ladis. From the village centre the U-Bahn (Serfaus's underground railway) takes you to the valley station, free for our hotel guests. The film shows what awaits you up there.

- What is included in half board plus?

Breakfast buffet with dishes freshly prepared, at lunchtime soup, salad, strudel, cake and a small snack menu, a savoury buffet in the afternoon and in the evening the gourmet dinner with a choice of menu. Once a week a gala dinner with live music. All at no extra charge if you book half board plus. If you would rather just have breakfast, book the room with breakfast.
- How do I get to traffic-calmed Serfaus?

With your booking you may drive right up to the hotel. You hand in the key at reception, our valet service parks the car in a free outdoor or garage space and brings it back when you leave. In the village you go on foot, and as a hotel guest you ride the U-Bahn (Serfaus’s underground railway) free of charge.
- From what age is childcare available?

Childcare is available from the age of three. Younger children come along with mum or dad to the Spiel- & Erlebniswelt.
- Is the spa area open to all guests?

The pool, sauna area and quiet rooms are reserved for hotel guests and included in your stay. You share the pool and the family sauna with your children. The rest of the sauna area and the quiet rooms are from 16: there, the time belongs to the adults. Massages and Ayurveda are arranged at reception, and on request also for outside guests.
- What does the Super.Sommer.Card cost?

Nothing. In summer it is included for all guests and opens up the mountain lifts and many attractions in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis.
- How do I cancel or change my booking?

The easiest way to change a direct booking is by phone or by e-mail to hotel@dreisonnen.com. The cancellation terms follow the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (ÖHVB).
