You drive up to the hotel, unload and hand in the key at reception. We take the car to the car park for the length of your stay and bring it back for your departure. Within the village you get around on foot or by U-Bahn.

Rooms are ready from 3 pm. If you arrive earlier, start with the welcome drink in the lounge or in the spa. You will receive your bathrobe and towels beforehand.

Take the train to Landeck-Zams, then the scheduled bus or a transfer service up to the plateau. The nearest airports are Innsbruck and Memmingen. Tell us your arrival time and we will recommend the right transfer.

Until 11 am. That need not be the end of the day: you can still use the spa, the lounge and breakfast, and your luggage stays with us.

Please let us know before booking if you need an accessible room. That way we can work out with you which room and which routes through the house suit your needs. The hotel has grown over the years and is not step-free throughout: some rooms are on split levels. On the ground floor the areas are on one level, except for reception, which is reached by three steps. Two steps lead from the basement to the spa. Within the spa the areas are on one level. A central lift serves the house but does not bridge every change in level.

An 11 kW charging point is available right at the hotel. The electricity is charged to your room bill. You will find further public charging points in the overview of EV charging points of the municipality of Serfaus.

You can choose between single rooms, double rooms, family rooms, suites and apartments. Depending on the category, there are Comfort and Deluxe versions. The suites measure 60–85 m² and have two bedrooms. Our apartments with their own kitchen are opposite the hotel.

Our Single Rooms are designed for 1–2 guests. Double Rooms sleep 2–4 guests depending on type, Family Rooms 2–5 guests. In the suites, occupancy ranges from 2–4 guests in Maria Theresia to 4–8 guests in Elias. The apartments are furnished for 2–4 guests. You will find the exact occupancy on each detail page.

For solo travellers there is the Single Room Florian at 25 m² and the Comfort Single Room König Ludwig at 30 m². Both have a 1.60 m wide bed and a balcony, and can also be booked for two. You will see the price for your chosen occupancy when you book.

Of course. We note requests such as a south-facing balcony, a quiet side of the house or being close to the lift, and meet them where occupancy allows. We cannot give a guarantee.

Yes, on request. Dogs can only stay with us in selected rooms, so please ask before booking. The surcharge is €20 per day, food not included. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant or the wellness area.

The Verwöhnpension (half board plus) includes breakfast, lunchtime snack, afternoon buffet and gourmet dinner. In the hotel you choose between breakfast and Verwöhnpension. With a hotel booking including breakfast, the afternoon buffet until 5 pm is our gift to you. In the apartments, breakfast and Verwöhnpension can be added as options.

Breakfast 7:30–10:00, lunchtime snack 12:00–15:00, afternoon buffet 15:00–17:00, gourmet dinner 18:00–20:00. The children’s buffet and children’s menu run at the same time, from 18:00 to 20:00. The bar is open all day.

With Verwöhnpension (half board plus) you enjoy soups, salads and small snacks from 12:00 to 15:00. In summer there is also a choice of two served main courses.

As a menu of several courses: bread and salads from the buffet, a cold starter, a soup course with three choices, a main course with meat, fish or poultry, dessert, and cheese, ice cream and fruit from the buffet. Once a week the gala dinner with live music and additional courses.

Yes. There are vegetarian dishes at every meal. If you eat vegan, please tell us before you arrive and we will arrange it with the kitchen.

Lactose-free and gluten-free products are available at breakfast. Our service team can tell you about allergens in every dish. It is best to let us know about intolerances in advance so the kitchen is prepared.

A welcome drink on arrival, the tea bar and biscuits in the lobby all day, fresh fruit, self-service drinks from the drinks fountain, and tea, juices and snacks in the spa area. Everything from the wine, bar and drinks menus goes on the room bill.

Yes, in the DreiSonnen restaurant. Choose from the Schmankerl menu or take the menu of the evening; its price depends on the current offer and is given when you reserve. Please reserve in advance by phone.

Childcare is available from the age of three. Younger children come along with mum or dad to the Spiel- & Erlebniswelt.

Childcare takes place on six days a week from 4 pm to 9 pm.

With Verwöhnpension there is a children’s buffet or a served children’s menu from 18:00 to 20:00. Which one depends on how many children are staying in the hotel.

The price depends on the travel dates, the room category and the length of stay. There are regularly offers and packages to suit families.

Yes. As a hotel guest you use the pool, sauna area and quiet rooms at no extra charge. Bathrobes and bath towels are ready for you. Massages and Ayurveda are booked individually on top; the solarium is charged.

Yes, in the pool and the family sauna you spend time together as a family. The other saunas and the quiet rooms are reserved for guests from 16.

Request your preferred appointment by phone or e-mail, before arrival if you like. During your stay our spa team will be happy to advise you in person.

A few minutes on foot, or by U-Bahn (Serfaus’s underground railway), which runs beneath Serfaus and stops right at the valley station. The ski depot and rental shop are on the way.

In summer it is included with stays at the hotel and covers mountain lifts, buses and a range of activities on the plateau. We will tell you what applies for your dates when you book.

In winter there are winter hiking trails, toboggan runs and the viewing platforms, in summer hikes from the house, bathing lakes and bike routes. We are happy to map out a tour for you that suits your fitness and the weather.

Cash, debit cards and the usual credit cards. Drinks and treatments go on the room bill during your stay and are settled together on departure.

No, the Serfaus local tourist tax is shown separately on the bill, per person and night.
