No. The Spiel- & Erlebniswelt and childcare are included in the stay for hotel guests. In summer, the same applies to the playground.
- What age is the Erlebniswelt intended for?

Toddlers play here, and so do teenagers in the games zone. From three, children can join the childcare without their parents. Younger children come with an accompanying adult.
- What if it rains?

Then the play simply carries on indoors. All six areas are inside the house and open in any weather. One floor down is the pool.
- When is the Erlebniswelt open?

The Spiel- & Erlebniswelt is open daily from 8 am to 9 pm. On six days, childcare begins at 4 pm.
