From deposit to departure: the key information on booking, your stay and cancellation.
Booking and prices
Reservation and deposit
The room booking becomes binding upon receipt of a deposit by bank transfer or credit card.
Board and services
Breakfast or Verwöhnpension (half board plus): the board included in the stay depends on the booking chosen. When booking with Verwöhnpension, the services specified for it are included. An overview is provided on the Inclusive services page.
Prices and local tourist tax
Prices are in euros per person and day, plus local tourist tax per person and night. The board chosen and the services included are stated for each offer. Current prices can be found under Rooms and suites and Offers.
Despite careful checking, price changes and any errors are reserved.
Cancellation and travel insurance
General cancellation policy
- Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.
- 30 days to 7 days before arrival: 70 % of the total price.
- From 7 days before arrival: 90 % of the total price.
In the event of a cancellation, the hotel refers to the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH). According to the published booking information, this applies in particular to a cancellation within 30 days before arrival.
Late arrival and early departure
In the event of late arrival or early departure, the booked hotel package will be charged.
Travel insurance
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. Our partner is Europäische Reiseversicherung. Information on the insurance cover and on how to take it out is available directly from the provider.
Arrival and departure
- Check-in: from 3 pm.
- Check-out: until 11 am.
All rooms are non-smoking rooms. A smoking room is available for smokers. Information on how to get here can be found under Arrival and location.
Holidays with children
Baby equipment
We provide a cot, changing mat, baby monitor, pushchair and high chair free of charge on request. Please state what you need when booking.
Childcare
Children aged three and over can play and do crafts together in Sonnis Kids Club. Times and information on attending can be found on the Childcare page. Table football, giant Lego, games, a soft play area and a children’s cinema are part of the play and adventure world.
Children’s prices
Children’s prices apply in the parents’ room when occupied by two adults. The children stay overnight in the same booked accommodation.
Pets
Pets are permitted on request and only in certain rooms. The price is €20 per day, excluding food.
Animals may not be brought into the lounges. Dogs are not permitted in the dining room or the wellness area.
Vouchers
Gift vouchers for the DreiSonnen can be ordered in the voucher shop.
