For experienced skiers & snowboardersFreeride Day
Heading off-piste with a guide and choosing the right lines in the terrain. In private lessons you learn about alpine hazards, how to use emergency equipment and how to search for buried people. Basic equipment with avalanche transceiver and probe is included in the course.
The fun is far from over after the course.

- From what age are there ski lessons in Serfaus?

The beginners’ programme Murmli Friends of Skischule Serfaus starts from age three. Which course suits your child is something you clarify with the school, based on age and previous experience. Other types of course have the provider’s own requirements.
- Where do I book the ski course?

You book the ski or snowboard course directly with the Skischule Serfaus. There you agree on level, dates and equipment. You book your stay at DreiSonnen with us. A course is only part of a hotel offer when it is named explicitly.
- Where is the meeting point for the ski course?

That depends on the course you book. Depending on the offer, beginner children practise in the Murmlipark in the village or at Murmlis Kinderalm on the Komperdell. The binding meeting point is in your course information. Check it before the first day of the course.
- What does a ski course cost in Serfaus?

You will find current prices and available places directly with the Skischule Serfaus. Check there, too, which services are included and which tickets or equipment you need in addition.
- Are there ski lessons on Saturdays too?

The Ski School Serfaus offers private lessons on Saturdays too, on request. In the regular group programme there are no courses on Saturday. The school confirms the valid dates when you book.
- Which course times apply during our holiday?

The times depend on the course and the travel period. Go by your booking confirmation and the current information from the ski school. Allow time to get to the meeting point before the lesson.
- How are the ski school groups arranged?

The ski school groups by age and ability. When booking, say what experience you or your children already have. The school answers questions about group size and the right level directly.
