Everything you need to know about the Hotel DreiSonnen

Rooms are ready from 3 PM. On day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave the room until 11 AM. 

All rooms are non-smoking rooms. There is a smoker's lounge available.

On request we have: a crib, changing mats, babyphones, baby chairs, cattles, a baby buggy and a bathing gown – everything for free.

Your booking is confirmed after we receive your deposit via transfer or credit card.

In case of a cancellation the austrian terms of hotel business "österreichisches Hotelreglement" applies.
Bei verspäteter Ankunft oder vorzeitiger Abreise wird das gebuchte Hotelarrangement in Rechnung gestellt.

We recommend that guests staying at the Hotel DreiSonnen in Serfaus take out holiday cancellation insurance. After all, something can always come up at the last minute and force you to change your plans. In such situations a holiday cancallation insurance will cover any costs arising from cancelling your holiday at short notice.

All bookings from 09.01. - 11.04.2021 can be cancelled free of charge up to 1 day before arrival!

Please be aware that children's prices are only valid for children sleeping in their parents' room (two paying adults). No separate room will be provided for children.

Childcare at the DreiSonnen-Miniclub (see programme for details). Games, arts and crafts with our childcare expert! Table football and giant Lego are just two of the many highlights on offer in the games and recreation room at the Hotel DreiSonnen.

Dogs are welcome at the Hotel DreiSonnen. We kindly ask you to let us know in advance, if you plan to bring your dog on holiday with you. Pets are merely allowed in certain rooms and can not come along to the common rooms. 

• Price per dog per day: €15 (does not include food).
• Dogs are not allowed in the dining room and the spa area.
