There are two cross-country skiing techniques: the traditional Classic technique and the more modern and dynamic Skating technique. Both are possible in Serfaus and the surrounding region.

- 30km of trails in Serfaus (Classic: 14.5km, Skating: 15.5km)
- 4.8km of high-altitude trails in Serfaus (up to 2,000m in the Komperdell/Hög area)
- All of the trails are suitable for Classic and Skating (with the exception of the trail in Moos)
